Miguel A Maússe, a graduate of Eduardo Mondlane University, is an historian and current director of Studies and Evaluation of the Ministery for Co-ordination of Social Welfare in Maputo, Mozambique.

Daniel Nina, originally from Puerto Rico, holds a doctorate in Law and Social Theory from the Unviersity of Kent (UK). He is affiliated to the Community Peace programme of the School of Government at the University of the Western Cape and in Puerto Rico to the Hostos Law Faculty.
