Sibusiso Masuku and Traggy Maepa
Sibusiso Masuku is a Director: Policy Coordination and Advisory Service, Justice, Crime Prevention and Security, in the office of the President. Before joining the Presidency in July 2004, Sibusiso was a senior researcher at the Institute for Security Studies where he was involved in various crime prevention research and evaluation projects and coordinated the development of crime reduction strategies for the Govan Mbeki Municipality in Mpumalanga and the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Municipality in Eastern Cape. He holds MA in Research and Community Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
At the time of writing, Traggy Maepa was a senior researcher and process facilitator at the Institute for Security Studies where he was involved in various crime prevention research and evaluation projects. He is currently employed as a senior analyst in the criminal justice and security sector in South Africa.
